Shipping Policy

We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States. For orders outside of the United States, shipping is available with an additional postage charge that varies depending on the destination. The actual postal charge will appear when you enter the shipping address during checkout. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 14 business days.  Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

 

Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a exchange. There may be a warehouse handling fee associated with the return of the item.  Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that our base is located in China, so all returns should be sent to our address in China.  Once we receive your returned item(s), we will process your exchange within 5-7 business days.
